Ike’s great granddam, Miss Skippa Nick is a Performance ROM Earner. Zan Parr Bar, speaks for himself as a stallion who excelled in halter and calf roping. Ike’s grandmother, Quintas Lucky, along with her full siblings competed at the National High School Rodeo Finals as heading, heeling, and cutting horses. The High Rolling Roany and Mr Pete Oswald lines passed on their uncanny ability to work cattle and handle the unforgiving vast ranch lands in the west. They passed on their size, big bone, and well- cupped black feet. These are the cowboys “first choice” for horses when they needed a steady, strong, mount to doctor and drag cattle.
